The Cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin is a new flagship destination for celebrating the French art of living. Its ambition is to tell the story of and bring to life the UNESCO-recognised values of the French gastronomic meal and the Climats du vignoble de Bourgogne. After 10 years of development led by the city of Dijon, with the financial support of the State and the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, it will be inaugurated this weekend from 6 to 8 May. On this occasion, l'Institut Agro Dijon will run scientific and fun workshops on bread, ice cream made from vegetable protein and nutrition concepts.
